Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Travel Counselor based at our Madison, Wisconsin campus. You will coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and provide support when plans don’t go as expected. The role includes hotel, air, and ground arrangements for a staff of over 14,000 and some reception duties.

Relocation to the Madison area is required with financial relocation assistance, and the campus offers a vibrant tech community nearby with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to self-manage and creatively problem solve.
• Customer-service mindset.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
• Available to work 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am).
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting our customers.
• Provide support when travel plans don’t go as expected.
• Manage hotel reservations, air and ground transportation for our staff.
• Travel counselors also support customers through receptionist duties.
