Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation seeks a Travel Counselor to coordinate travel logistics for employees visiting customers and provide support when travel plans go awry. You will manage hotel reservations and ground/air travel for a staff of 14,000 and assist with some reception duties.

The role includes relocation assistance and relocation to the Madison, WI area, with a 2nd shift schedule (4:00 pm–12:00 am) and a dynamic, customer-service focused environment.

Qualifications

• Availability for 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am).

• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of corporate travel, including hotel reservations and air and ground transportation for staff.
• Travel counselors also support customers through some reception duties.
