Qualifications

• Minimum relocation to Madison, WI required.
• Strong travel coordination and customer service skills.
• Availability for 2nd shift (4:00 pm–12:00 am).
• Ability to manage multiple travel bookings and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel logistics for Epic staff visiting customers.
• Manage hotel, air, and ground transportation reservations.
• Provide reception support and assist customers during travel disruption.
• Assist with other travel-related duties as needed.
