Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician to service CNC equipment across customer sites. You will install and perform preventative maintenance, document service status, and participate in onboarding training. Prior CNC experience is a plus but not required.

The role requires travel throughout a regional territory with a company vehicle provided and gas expenses covered by the company. Strong mechanical/electrical skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in mechanical or electrical repair and/or maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and how-to guides.
• Software experience, like Microsoft Office, is a plus (laptop, smartphone, and software are used).
• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• CNC Technician must meet physical requirements including lifting 40–50 lbs.
• Reliability is essential and role requires flexible hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and perform preventative maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Use online documents, videos and checklists to guide maintenance procedures.
• Document service status and communicate with office and customers.
• Training in maintenance procedures is part of onboarding; prior CNC experience helps but is not required.
