Job summary

Morris Group, Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to support CNC machine tools and other industrial equipment at customer sites. Training will be provided for candidates from related industries, with emphasis on hands-on diagnostics and problem-solving.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, perform alignments, install, commission and maintain equipment, and guide operators on proper usage. Travel is required within the region.

Qualifications

• Able to diagnose and repair industrial equipment including CNC machines at customer sites.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong ability to work independently in field service environments.
• Willingness to learn and train on CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair CNC machines and other industrial equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, drives, encoders, and control systems.
• Perform mechanical work including alignments, assemblies, and repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and verify resolutions.
• Provide clear service reports and customer communications.
