Qualifications

• Five years’ experience with CNC machine repair.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other business programs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.
• Research machine issues using manuals, documents and vendor resources.
• Submit status reports on machine issues, repairs and installations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and provide after-sales technical support and training.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines.
