Job summary

ORION is seeking a Civil Project Manager to lead multiple projects, balancing safety, quality, cost, and schedule. The role involves office and field work with travel to job sites and client meetings, coordinating with the Superintendent and project team to optimize labor, equipment, and materials.

The ideal candidate has five or more years in civil project management, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a collaborative approach to problem solving, with a focus on safety and integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant Civil Project Management experience.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project safety while meeting budget, schedule, quality, and design specs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and critical path dates.
• Coordinate with Superintendent on labor, equipment, subs, and material suppliers.
• Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders with oversight.
• Provide progress reports and manage change orders and RFIs.
