Job summary

ORION is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, quality and safety. You will coordinate with field teams, subcontractors and vendors to ensure on‑time delivery and cost effectiveness.

The role blends office duties with site visits, requiring strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills to drive project success and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• BS in Construction Management or related field.
• Scheduling, planning and cost control experience.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors and coordinate with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, budget, schedule, quality and design specifications for multiple projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and change orders.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and critical path dates.
• Provide progress reports and manage subcontractor/submittal workflows.
