Job summary

ORION is seeking a Project Executive to lead complex self‑perform marine and heavy civil projects across the Pacific Region. You will drive financial performance, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction while coordinating a broad team of project leaders and field personnel.

The role requires extensive regional travel, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering large, high‑profile infrastructure programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience on complex self‑perform marine and heavy civil projects.
• Experience providing executive oversight of multiple concurrent projects and teams.
• Ability to lead with safety, quality, schedule, and profitability in mind.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and operational oversight across the Pacific Region.
• Mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and engineers for project success.
• Monitor safety, cost, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction metrics.
