Qualifications

• High school diploma required; AA degree from a technical school or related field preferred.
• Military training preferred.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, configuration, installation and repair of electronic systems and computers.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repairs for customers, considering warranty and contract status.
• Analyze customer configurations, materials and software.
• Assess customers' ability and willingness to perform self-maintenance.
• Execute preventive maintenance as directed by the Service Manager.
• Understand and communicate the business value of customers to 3D Systems.
• Acknowledge the importance of the Customer Service Engineer role in enhancing customer experience.
