Job summary

The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical or electrical experience, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year in a field service role. A driving vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in field service/representative role
• 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
• Remote work experience (Nice to have)
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Proficient in computer technology
• Self-starter and self-reliant attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and Stratasys printers at customer sites
• Installations, maintenance, upgrades, preventative maintenance and training
• Be the face of Stratasys and build ongoing customer relationships
• Travel regularly to customer sites and work remotely
• Essential role within Stratasys
