Job summary

Prodways Group, a leader in industrial and professional 3D printing, is seeking a field service technician. You’ll install, commission and service 3D printers on-site across the US and Europe, traveling 50–80%. You’ll train customers and troubleshoot equipment at their locations, ensuring uptime and performance.

The role requires hands-on technical training, strong electronics and mechanics skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical training equivalent to at least two years of post-secondary education.
• Experience in after-sales service in an international setting, especially with the United States.
• Strong skills in electronics, mechanics and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex issues.
• Hands-on, resourceful and able to troubleshoot on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install our machines on-site at customer locations.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance at client sites.
• Collaborate in R&D projects as a field expert.
• Occasionally participate in deployments at customer sites.
• Provide remote diagnostics and assist customers in resolving issues.
