Job summary

Prodways Group seeks a Field Service Technician to install and commission 3D printers at customer sites in the United States (primarily) and Europe. You will train customers on operation and maintenance and troubleshoot equipment on location.

You will report to the Customer Support Manager and travel 50–80% to client sites, providing on-site support and remote diagnostics as needed. A technical background and hands-on mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical training completed after high school.
• Experience in after-sales service in an international setting, preferably in the United States.
• Strong skills in electronics, mechanics and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to R&D projects as a field expert.
• Install printers on-site at client locations.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance at clients’ sites internationally.
• Occasionally participate in application deployments at client sites.
• Perform remote diagnostics and assist clients in resolving issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the machine and technical documentation.
