Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Field Service Technician to be the customer-facing technical lead across North America. You will travel extensively to install, calibrate, train, and service 3D printing systems at client sites.

The role requires hands-on repair experience, a STEM degree, and the ability to work independently while managing complex travel schedules. Proximity to Newark Airport is preferred, with comprehensive benefits and equity included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
• Hands-on repair experience is required.
• Must hold a valid passport.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while traveling 80%+.
• Located near Newark Airport or able to commute.

Responsibilities

• Install and train at customer sites on-site.
• Install equipment, calibrate, and commission new systems.
• Conduct structured on-site training for customers.
