Job summary

3D Systems Corporation in Rock Hill, SC seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, relocate, repair and perform preventative maintenance on 3D printer hardware at customer sites across the United States. This is a field-based role requiring travel and proximity to a major airport.

You will diagnose configurations, train customers on self-maintenance, and support the Service Manager with preventive tasks. The role offers competitive hourly pay, PTO, 401(k) matching and comprehensive health plans

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical AA preferred.
• 3+ years related field service experience.
• Troubleshoot, install, repair electronic systems with mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment at customer sites and verify warranty status.
• Analyze customer configurations, materials, and software.
• Assess customer ability to perform self-maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance as directed.
• Recognize the value of customers to 3D Systems.
• Support and improve customer experience with the CSE.
