Research Medical Center in Overland Park, KS is seeking an RN Coordinator for Trauma/Womens services to support obstetrical trauma patients and coordinate care across units. The role emphasizes patient/family centered care and ACS-standard response times.

The position requires an RN license, associates degree, and timely completion of ACLS/BLS/NRP/TNCC. It involves 24/7 coverage and close collaboration with trauma leadership to improve quality of care.

Qualifications

• RN license required with 90 days of start date
• Associate degree required
• ACLS, BCLS, NRP, TNCC must be obtained within specified timeframes (90/30 days)

Responsabilités

• Assist in care for obstetrical trauma patients in a patient/family centered approach across hospital units
• Coordinate with Trauma Services Director and Trauma Medical Director to deliver quality care
• Identify and initiate Performance Improvement opportunities with trauma staff and liaisons
