Job summary

Research Medical Center in Lenexa, KS, is seeking an RN Coordinator for Trauma/Womens to support trauma activations and coordinate patient care across the hospital.

The role works with the Director of Trauma Services and Trauma Medical Director to drive patient-centered care, performance improvement, and 24/7 coverage, with ACS-standard response times and collaboration with surgical staff.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and TNCC certifications required or obtained within 90 days of start date.
• RN license must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Associate Degree or higher in nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trauma and women's care across the hospital under ACS standards.
• Remain available for all trauma activations 24/7 with rapid response times.
• Collaborate with the Trauma Director and Trauma Medical Director to drive care quality and performance improvement.
