Job summary

Research Medical Center is hiring an RN Coordinator for Trauma/Womens, a specialized role supporting obstetrical trauma patients in a patient/family centered approach. The RN Coordinator remains available for all trauma activations, mirroring ACS response times, and collaborates with the trauma team across the hospital to ensure seamless care.

The role requires certification in ACLS, BCLS, NRP, TNCC, and an active RN license within 90 days, along with an Associate Degree.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 90 days of start date
• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date
• NRP certification within 90 days of start date
• TNCC certification within 90 days of start date
• RN license/certification within 90 days of start date
• Associate Degree required

Responsibilities

• Care for obstetrical trauma patients in a patient/family centered approach
• Follow patients through hospital course across units (Trauma Resuscitation, Radiology, OR, PACU, ICU)
• Assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities with trauma staff and leaders
• Coordinate with Director of Trauma Services and Trauma Medical Director to ensure quality care
