Job summary

Research Medical Center is hiring an RN Coordinator for Trauma/Womens to provide continuous patient-centered care across the trauma continuum. The role collaborates with the Director of Trauma Services to ensure timely activations and coordinated patient management.

Responsibilities include directing care across Trauma Resuscitation bay, Radiology, OR, PACU, and ICU, while helping identify performance improvements with the trauma staff and leadership. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• ACLS required within 90 days of start date.
• BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• NRP required within 90 days of start date.
• TNCC required within 90 days of start date.
• RN license required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for obstetrical trauma patients in a patient/family-centered approach.
• Remain available for trauma activations and respond 24/7 per ACS standards.
• Follow the patient throughout hospital course (trauma bay, radiology, OR, PACU, ICU).
• Identify Performance Improvement opportunities and coordinate action plans with trauma team.
