Research Medical Center in the Kansas City area is seeking an RN Coordinator for Trauma/Womens to oversee care for obstetrical trauma patients. The role supports trauma activations 24/7, ensuring adherence to ACS standards with timely response and seamless patient progression through hospital units.

You will collaborate with the Director of Trauma Services and Trauma Medical Director to drive quality care and participate in performance improvement initiatives across the trauma program.

Formación

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• NRP must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• TNCC must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure (RN) must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in care for obstetrical trauma patients within a patient/family centered approach.
• Coordinate care across trauma resuscitation, radiology, OR, PACU, ICU.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and implement action plans with trauma staff.
