Job summary

Research Medical Center is seeking an RN Coordinator for Trauma/Womens to support obstetrical and trauma patients within a high-acuity environment. The role requires coordination across trauma resuscitation, radiology, OR, PACU and ICU, ensuring ACS-aligned response times and seamless patient flow throughout the hospital.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license with 90‑day start completions for ACLS/BLS/NRP/TNCC, plus an Associate Degree.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 90 days of start date
• BLS within 30 days of start date
• NRP within 90 days of start date
• TNCC within 90 days of start date
• RN license within 90 days of start date
• Associate Degree required

Responsibilities

• Assist with care to obstetrical and trauma patients in a family-centered approach.
• Stay available for all trauma activations 24/7 and follow patients through hospital course.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and coordinate action plans with trauma staff and leadership.
