Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to join a fast-paced medical device sales environment in Indiana. You will partner with surgeons and OR teams to provide products and technical support for trauma procedures while managing a defined territory.

Responsibilities include on-site support, education on product use, and territory planning. This role involves an on-call schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays and offers commission with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to manage a designated territory and drive sales growth.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with healthcare customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated territory to achieve sales goals and market growth.
• Provide on-site support for trauma procedures with the appropriate products.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on product functionality and applications.
• Conduct customer visits to identify opportunities and expand utilization.
• Maintain inventory levels and product availability for cases.
• Respond to trauma case needs, including on-call nights/weekends/holidays.
• Analyze competitor activity to support territory planning and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
