Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Associate who will support trauma product sales with a high level of intensity and commitment. You will receive formal training on our Trauma portfolio and sales methodology, including on-the-job operating room training, and you'll become an expert on orthopedic surgical needs as part of a trusted surgical team.

The role requires an on-call schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent healthcare certification.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification plus 2+ years of experience.
• High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Support trauma product sales under supervision of a Trauma Sales Representative.
• Gain exposure through operating room training and 300+ procedures in first year.
• Maintain strong client relationships and on-call availability.
