Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to become the resident trauma expert for a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals in the Scranton area.

You will drive sales for trauma products, manage materials and inventory, and provide training to customers while thriving in fast-paced operating room and emergency room settings. This role requires on-call availability and a commitment to integrity and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategy, product demonstrations and sales control systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.

Aufgaben

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Serve as resident trauma expert and provide product training and guidance.
• Maintain and organize inventory and sales materials for operating/ER environments.
• Attend sales meetings and professional association events outside regular hours when required.
