The position emphasizes high energy, meticulous inventory management, and product training for customers, with an on-call schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is 100% commission with bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in clinical healthcare or sales required.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products including marketing tactics and demos.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
• Willingness to attend outside-hours meetings and adhere to compliance and privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker Trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
• Become the resident trauma expert during operating room and emergency room consultations.
• Organize materials and quickly sort solutions in high-pressure environments.
• Manage inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Provide knowledge about competitors’ offerings to build credibility.
