Qualifications

• Three years relevant RN experience.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• BLS-HCP certification at hire or within 60 days; ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and educate patients during the hospital stay and after discharge.
• Actively participate in patient care rounds.
• Oversee program regulatory compliance and perform data reviews for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain data and serve as subject matter expert for the program.
• Promote mission, vision, and values; may float to other departments as needed; be on-call as required.
