Qualifications

• RN eligible with active nursing license and BLS-HCP certification.
• Three years of RN experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; Master’s degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the program and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure evidence‑based care.
• Participate in patient rounds and care planning.
• Review data, perform chart reviews, and support performance improvement activities.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain data quality and serve as a program resource for patients and families.
