Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to assess, plan, implement and coordinate trauma care processes from diagnosis through follow‑up, guiding patients through the collaborative care team and providing education during the hospital stay.

The role requires a Registered Nurse with a BSN, current BLS-HCP certification, and at least three years of RN experience; ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN and active state license.
• BLS-HCP certification required on hire or within 60 days.
• Minimum three years RN experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience in trauma or performance improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trauma care processes from diagnosis to follow‑up.
• Participate in patient care rounds with the care team.
• Ensure care meets evidence‑based guidelines and educate patients and families.
• Develop and review policies, data collection and QA activities.
• Support professional development and maintain program standards.
