Job summary

The position is in the Trauma department with 40 hours weekly; required RN licensure in the state, BLS-HCP, and 3 years of RN experience. Masters in Nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the program and discuss it with physicians and nurses, ensuring care meets evidence-based guidelines.
• Participate actively in patient care rounds.
• Review charts, collect data, and analyze for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain a Quality Assurance program and act as subject matter expert.
