The position requires a BSN, current RN license, BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days, and at least three years of RN experience; trauma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment programs from diagnosis through follow-up with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
• Actively participate in patient care rounds.
• Perform data collection, chart reviews, and analysis for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain a Quality Assurance program and serve as program subject matter expert.
• May float to other departments as needed and may be on-call during scheduled shifts.
