Job summary

This on-site role requires a BSN, current RN license, BLS-HCP, and 3 years of RN experience; trauma experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Valid BLS-HCP certification on hire or within 60 days.
• Three years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned program and ensure care meets evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide education to patients and families during hospitalization.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies for the program.
• Maintain data and a quality assurance program.
• Assist in professional development of providers and students.
• May float to other departments as needed and be on-call as scheduled.
