Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to assess, plan, and coordinate treatment processes from diagnosis through follow-up. The role guides patients through collaboration with providers, educates families, and supports performance improvement within the trauma program at Good Samaritan Hospital.

The position requires a Nursing degree and RN licensure, plus BLS-HCP certification. Seven remaining duties include rounds participation and data analysis for program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS-HCP certification by hire or within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities, discuss care with physicians and nurses, ensure evidence-based guidelines.
• Educate patients and families during hospitalization and after discharge.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Develop and implement policies and standards for the program.
• Review charts, collect data, and perform analysis for performance improvement.

Education
