Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to assess, plan, implement and coordinate trauma care from diagnosis through follow-up, guiding patients and families through the multidisciplinary team.

The role includes participation in rounds, data collection for performance improvement, development of evidence-based policies, and educating patients during hospitalization; on-call and occasional float to other departments may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS-HCP certification at hire or within 60 days.
• Three years of RN experience in relevant area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trauma program and ensure care aligns with evidence-based guidelines.
• Educate patients and families during hospital stay and after discharge.
• Participate in patient care rounds.
• Develop and implement policies and standards for the program.
• Collect and analyze data for performance improvement.
• Maintain a Quality Assurance program.
• May float to other departments as needed.
• On-call during a scheduled shift may be required.
