Job summary

Intermountain Health in Colorado seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator to guide the trauma care process from diagnosis through follow-up, coordinating with physicians and care teams while educating patients and families during hospitalization.

The role involves rounds participation, regulatory oversight with data analysis for performance improvement, and development of evidence-based policies. On-site, 40 hours/week, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• BLS‑HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days with approval.
• Three years of relevant RN experience.
• Trauma performance improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating treatment processes from diagnosis through follow-up and educating patients/families during hospital stay.
• Active participation in patient care rounds.
• Collaborate with the director to ensure regulatory compliance and perform chart reviews for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain data and serve as the program's subject matter expert; participate in QA activities.
• Promote the mission and values of Intermountain Health and adhere to service standards.
• May float to other departments as needed; may be required to be on-call during shifts.
