Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• BLS-HCP certification upon hire or within 60 days of hire with approval.
• Three years relevant RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the assigned trauma program and guide physicians and nurses.
• Conduct rounds and participate in patient care rounds.
• Review care against evidence-based guidelines and provide education to patients and families.
• Develop, implement and maintain evidence-based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintain data collection, QA processes and performance improvement analysis.
• May float to other departments based on business needs and be on-call as scheduled.

Current license as a Registered Nurse

BLS-HCP certification

Three years relevant RN experience
