This on‑site role at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado, requires an RN license, BLS certification, and at least three years of RN experience, with trauma performance improvement experience preferred. 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS‑HCP certification or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Three years relevant RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a coordinator for the trauma program and ensures care meets evidence‑based guidelines.
• Participates in patient care rounds.
• Oversees regulatory compliance with the director; performs chart reviews and data analysis for performance improvement.
• Develops and implements evidence‑based policies and standards for the program.
• Maintains data and serves as the program's subject matter expert; supports QA activities.
• May float to other departments or be on‑call as needed.
