Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Seattle, WA territory with a focus on DePuy Synthes orthopaedics solutions. The role involves clinical support during procedures, customer relationship management, and promoting the portfolio to surgeons and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Associate degree or medical certification + minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers and achieving sales goals.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; present and demonstrate DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability and use.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams; prepare sales reports.
• Maintain equipment and asset deployment; ensure materials are current; uphold quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and retention; differentiate DePuy Synthes value propositions to customers.
