Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team seeks a Sales Associate to support the Jersey City/Livingston, NJ territory. You will provide clinical and customer support in hospitals, assist surgeons in the operating room, and help manage equipment and case coverage.

The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and contributing to sales goals within a commission-based framework. An active driving license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/Medical certs with clinical exposure required.
• Minimum 4 years of professional/related experience.
• Active Military duty experience considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes in retaining and expanding existing customers.
• Guide surgeons in the OR with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available.
• Provide operating room and sterile processing department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Maintain equipment, assets, and promotional materials within territory.
• Differentiate DPS products with unique insights to customers.
