Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required for clinical sales roles in Orthopaedics.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT) with relevant experience also acceptable.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional and/or related experience preferred or recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customer base and support product conversions.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge to ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment is available and optimized.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
