Responsibilities

• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and used.
• Provide technical assistance and handle hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with cross-functional teams and prepare sales reports.
• Maintain equipment and promotional materials, ensuring high quality standards.
