Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, Orlando, FL, is seeking a Sales Associate to support the DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team in the Orlando territory.

In this role you will apply clinical and product knowledge in the operating room, assist surgeons, and help drive sales objectives across accounts in hospitals and clinics. The position requires relevant education or military-equivalent experience and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required unless military credit is applicable.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience for CST/PT track.
• 4+ years of professional and/or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support DePuy Synthes sales in hospitals and ORs within assigned territory.
• Assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Handle customer requests, manage hospital billing, and purchase orders.
• Prepare sales reports and share insights with teams to improve service levels.
• Maintain equipment, ensure product availability, and manage promotional materials.
