Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customers and support new conversions.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer and marketplace insights with teams to improve service and solutions.
