Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes sales team in Seattle seeks a Sales Associate to support surgeons and drive territory penetration. You will assist in surgeries, demonstrate instrument usage, and help ensure a smooth operating room workflow with the DePuy Synthes portfolio.

The role requires driving, lab/OR environment comfort, and strong interpersonal skills. A medical certification or degree plus experience is preferred; occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements: bachelor/associate degree or medical certification plus 2+ years in related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization to retain and deepen penetration with existing customers and support product conversions with new customers.
• Help achieve sales goals and market share objectives in the territory.
• Apply knowledge of sales process, product portfolio, and customer insights to improve outcomes.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes products.
• Attend surgeries to support customers and optimize trays and equipment usage.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain equipment/asset deployment across the area.
• Maintain promotional materials and ensure service quality standards.
