Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Jersey City/Livingston, NJ territory. You will assist in retaining and expanding within existing customers while guiding surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, travel, and a drive to improve clinical and economic value. You will engage across teams to deliver service and maintain equipment while representing a global leader in orthopedics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Associate degree or medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) with relevant experience.
• 4+ years of professional or related experience preferred.
• Active military experience recently transitioned may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding penetration with existing customers and support product conversions with new customers.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge to ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Attend surgeries to assist customers, ensure proper equipment is available, and optimize trays and workflow.
