Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics unit seeks a Sales Associate to support the North Atlanta territory, including North Fulton. This role combines clinical expertise with hands-on field sales to assist surgeons and healthcare systems.

You will be in hospitals and ORs providing product demonstrations, coordinating equipment and trays, and maintaining surgeon relationships while achieving sales goals. Travel, strong communication, and clinical knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and bedside manner with surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Support sales in a North Atlanta territory including North Fulton.
• Assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment availability and optimize trays.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing as needed.
• Share insights with sales/clinical teams and prepare sales reports.
