Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics is seeking a Sales Associate to support a Jersey City/Livingston, NJ territory. You will assist surgeons in the operating room, ensure equipment availability, and help drive clinical and economic value for healthcare systems through a broad product portfolio.

This 100% commission-based position requires travel, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting surgeon and account relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related experience with CST/PT or similar certification.
• 4+ years of professional and/or related experience.
• Recently transitioned from active military duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales in retaining and expanding customer base and achieving market share objectives.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support surgeries by ensuring equipment availability and optimization of trays.
• Provide technical assistance and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.)

Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience

Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
