Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate in the Dayton, OH territory to support DePuy Synthes products in orthopaedics. This 100% commission role offers a bi-weekly draw and requires strong clinical and product knowledge to assist surgeons in the operating room.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or equivalent, with 2+ years of related experience; military transitions are considered. Travel, driving, and hospital environment experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree/Medical Certification with minimum 2 years' experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customers while pursuing new ones.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room using product knowledge and demonstrate proper use.
• Attend surgeries to ensure equipment is available and optimize trays.
• Troubleshoot, handle customer requests, manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams; prepare reports.
• Maintain equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials are presentable and meet standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DPS offerings with value propositions.
