Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit is recruiting for a Sales Associate to support the Dayton, OH territory. This commission-based role requires clinical product knowledge, hospital presence, and collaboration with surgeons to optimize instrumentation and case support.

Ideal candidates have a healthcare or sales background, OR exposure, and willingness to travel. The position offers a bi-weekly draw and full-time employment within a large, global medical devices company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with relevant healthcare/ sales background.
• Experience in operating room environment preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to territory.
• Ability to work in lab/operating room environment.
• Strong product knowledge of surgical instruments.

Responsabilités

• Assist in retaining existing customers and penetrate new accounts.
• Guide surgeons in operating room with product knowledge.
• Attend surgeries to ensure equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and handle customer requests, manage hospital billing.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain equipment deployment and promotional materials.
• Differentiate DPS products with unique insights.
