Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Sales Associate for the Dayton, OH territory. You will support surgeons in the operating room, promote DePuy Synthes products, and help expand customer access to advanced orthopaedic solutions.

The role is 100% commission with a bi-weekly draw and requires travel, a US driver’s license, and tactile comfort in a lab/OR environment. A bachelor’s or allied degree plus related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree required with related experience or 4+ years in field.
• Medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) considered a plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and business acumen required.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales in retaining and expanding existing customers.
• Support achievement of sales goals and market share in the territory.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Present and demonstrate DePuy Synthes products to customers.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain equipment and asset deployment.
