Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team is seeking a Sales Associate for the Palm Springs, CA territory. You will assist surgeons in the operating room, demonstrate how to use DePuy Synthes products, and support customers with equipment and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + 2+ years related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding penetration with existing customers and assist in achieving sales goals.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring the proper equipment is available.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer and market insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams; prepare sales reports.
• Maintain, track and deploy equipment/assets; keep promotional materials in good condition; ensure service meets quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DPS value to customers with unique insights.
